In Ausgabe 26 / 2015 berichtet die unabhängige Fachzeitschrift Kfz. Betrieb über das Thema Austausch von Dieselpartikelfilter. Unter anderem wurde auch hier über das Thema direkter Austausch von Dieselpartikelfilter berichtet:

“…Es gibt eine weitere Möglichkeit, den Prozess zu beschleunigen: Manche Anbieter senden einen gleichartigen, bereits gereinigten DPF im Austausch für ein „volles“ Altteil zu…Die potenziellen Nachteile des Tauschverfahrens sollen allerdings nicht verschwiegen werden: Der Kunde bekommt eben nicht seinen, sondern einen fremden Filter mit möglicherweise viel höherer Laufleistung zurück…auch wenn der Filter mechanisch gereinigt wurde, ist die katalytische Beschichtung eventuell nicht mehr so wirksam…“

Meist sind diese Austauschfilter sogar nochmal um bis zu 50 % teurer als eine professionelle DPF Reinigung. Unserer Meinung nach sollte man deshalb mit dem Thema Austausch von Dieselpartikelfiltern äußerst vorsichtig umgehen und keine voreiligen Entscheidungen treffen.
